If the plate is bent, it can prevent the cover from closing and lockingproperly. The strike plate can be removed with a Phillips head screwdriver.MANDRELRides on track inside dispenser and supports the bath tissue rolls.RELEASE LEVERWhen the lower roll completely dispenses, the release lever allows the mandrel toslide down into a position which allows the user access to the upper roll. Notreplaceable.HOOD PINSHOODTo remove the cover, open the dispenser and remove the E-clips from the coverpins. Slide the hood pins out and remove the cover. When the new cover is on,use a needle nose pliers to put the E-clips back into the cover pins.TORK LOCKThe lock can be replaced by removing the U-clip from the inside of the dispenserwith a pliers or screwdriver.200260 KEY SCA 200260 KEY FOR ALL TORK DISPENSERSLoading Instructions1. Open the cover with the suppliedTork key. Remove the mandrel bypulling it downward and out of thedispenser (1a) and install unwrappedTork bath tissue as shown (1b). Replace the mandrel in thedispenser by inserting it into the top,noting it only fits one way (2a). Placethe roll into the top of the dispenser(2b). Close the cover and remove theTork key.Reloading Instructions1. Open the cover with the supplied Torkkey. The spindle with the used core dropsout of the bottom of the dispenser (1a).Remove the used core and place a full,unwrapped roll on the spindle (1b). Do nottry to pull the mandrel up through the topof the dispenser.2. Lift the new roll up andaround (2a) until it is nowon the top (2b). Drop theroll into the top of thedispenser (2c). Close thecover and remove the Torkkey (2d).Preventive MaintenanceThe Tork Bath Tissue dispenser should be cleaned any time there is heavy paper dust build-upinside the dispenser. If paper dust is not a problem, approximately every year is a goodfrequency for cleanings. The following is the recommended procedure to cleaning:1) Open the dispenser and remove the rolls of paper.3 of 5

This can be done is several ways, such as, vacuuming, blowing outwith a can of compressed air (wear safety glasses), wiping out with a damp cloth, etc.3) Clean the cover with a general all-purpose cleaner that is safe for plastics.TroubleshootingProblem: Any paper-related problem.• Take note of the date code on the outside of the case of paper product.
