La Degustation is an avant-garde restaurant, whose concept is about the sweet slow seduction of taste buds. FW
believes it is the place to eat in Prague. Of particular note are the daring amuse-bouches, such as foamed fois-gras
and jellied mushroom broth, which interesperse the multiple courses. While the Terre et Eau menu is essentially
Mediterranean-influenced, the Boheme Bourgeoise is a delicate interpretation of Czech cuisine, inspired by forgotten
recipes of the late nineteenth century. As well as the full eleven course dinner menu, which takes at least four hours to
properly savour, La Degustation offers a pre and post theatre menu, and has also recently opened for lunch.
