T-Bay Specification
Vertical Opening Tambour Bay
Head Trim
Stove enamelled to any BS4800 or RAL colour. Designed to
allow height adjustment with pelmet assembly. An MDF veneered
profile is also available to match Komfort’s Klassic partitioning
system.
Pelmet
18mm thick high density MFC/veneered panel edged in matching
PVC/hardwood. Supplied oversize and cut to suit.
Scribing Panel

18mm thick high density MFC/veneered panel edged in matching
PVC/hardwood. Exposed edges protected with aluminium or
MDF sections as head and skirting detail.
Tambour Front
Timbertouch extruded roller tambour unit to match the MFC or
veneer, available in:
(1) Pearl Grey
(2) KM 3 Oak
(3) Light Oak
(4) Beech
(5) Cherry
(6) Ash
Skirting
Stove enamelled to any BS4800 or RAL colour, clip on assembly.
An MDF veneered profile is also available to match Komfort’s
Klassic partitioning system.
Bay shown as ‘Built-In’ configuration, veneered finish,
scribed each end with cloaking panels.
This bay is available in three width options, 800mm, 1000mm, 1200mm.

The ‘T-Bay’, is constructed from two structural side panels and two
structural shelves. The structure is cladded with a tambour front, a
pelmet and scribed each end, finished in either MFC or veneer.
Exposed and cut edges are protected with aluminium or timber trims.
Delivered flat packed with scribing and pelmet panels supplied oversize
and cut to suit.
Designed for large volume lateral and box filing. The volume of storage is
dependent on floor to ceiling height and required pelmet size. This can
be calculated using pages 103-104 illustrating all filing permutations. The
aluminium posted structural supports, transmit all load to the fully
adjustable support pads. To meet ever changing needs, office personnel
can easily re-position internal fittings.
