AV-Bay Specification
KM 3 Audio-Visual walls provide the
facilities for professional presentations and
meetings. The bay comes complete with a
pull down projector screen, dry wipe board,
flip clip and shelving suitable for videos,
overhead projectors and even fridges.
Head Trim
Stove enamelled to any BS4800 or RAL
colour. Designed to allow height adjustment
with pelmet assembly. An MDF veneered
profile is also available to match Komfort’s
Klassic partitioning system.
Pelmet
18mm thick high density MFC/veneered
panel edged in matching PVC/hardwood.
Supplied oversize and cut to suit.
Hinges
Each door is fitted with two nickel plated self
closing 180 o opening hinges with optional
door restraint assembly.
Right Hand Door
18mm thick high density MFC/veneered panel
edged in matching PVC/hardwood. Fitted with
Espagnolet lock.
Left Hand Door
18mm thick high density MFC/veneered panel
edged in matching PVC/hardwood. Fitted with
plastic door seal.

Exposed edges protected with aluminium
sections, stove enamelled to any BS4800
or RAL colour.
The AV-bay has a 630mm depth, offset from
other KM 3 bays by 300mm angled sides.
The total length of the bay is 2200mm.
Skirting
Stove enamelled to any BS4800 or RAL
colour, clip on assembly. An MDF veneered
profile is also available to match Komfort’s
Klassic partitioning system.
Bay shown as ‘Built-In’ configuration, scribed each end with cloaking panels.
