CommodiTel has a Network Capacity Agreement with Vodafone that allows it to brand, tariff and sell prepaid
and post-paid mobile offerings in the Australian marketplace and operate as an MVNO. They also
enable other organisations to become MVNOs helping them to establish their own mobile service without
the large capital investment usually required to become a telco.
CommodiTel established its own MVNO in 2004 through its wholly-owned division Revolution Telecom,
which sells discount mobile pre-paid SIMs exclusively via the Internet. The model is based on a "user
pays" service, which combined with its low distribution costs allows Revolution Telecom to offer
competitive rates to the Australian Market.
CommodiTel was called Natural Intelligence until July 2004.

Virtel offers a component package, allowing clients to choose a full solution or separate parts including
business consultancy, financial modelling, differentiated tariff offerings, outsourcing facilitation, billing and
customer care.
Virtel has an agreement with Vodafone and has in excess of 50,000 mobile customers receiving services
via numerous MVNOs and Reward Mobile.
They were acquired by Sonnet Corporation Ltd in June 2005.
