“ISS carries out the Clean<strong>in</strong>g Services of washrooms, hallways,<br />
glasses, furniture, green spaces and <strong>off</strong>ices. ISS runs jobs with<br />
environmental responsibility, comply<strong>in</strong>g with the ISO 14001<br />
standards required by MAHLE.<br />
ISS has accomplished a synergy <strong>in</strong> the areas of HR, HS&E,<br />
Ma<strong>in</strong>tenance and Waste Management of MAHLE Argent<strong>in</strong>a<br />
S.A., which allows the achievement of objectives fast and<br />
efficiently.<br />
ISS cooperates as a fundamental pillar <strong>in</strong> the “PIL” (Integral<br />
Clean<strong>in</strong>g Plan) Program based on the Japanese techniques<br />
of the 5 S, released <strong>in</strong> August 2012, the aim of which is to<br />
obta<strong>in</strong> tid<strong>in</strong>ess and cleanl<strong>in</strong>ess <strong>in</strong> all areas of the plant, creat<strong>in</strong>g<br />
a discipl<strong>in</strong>e that eventually turns <strong>in</strong>to culture and common<br />
practice.<br />
S<strong>in</strong>ce the beg<strong>in</strong>n<strong>in</strong>g of the services, ISS has reached the highest<br />
level of qualification (92.60 per cent on average), measured by<br />
the, assessment of services of third parties, conducted by MAHLE<br />
Argent<strong>in</strong>a S.A., which evaluates compliance and satisfaction of<br />
the service provided by third parties each month.”<br />
