The handbrake secures the machine at the set-up site. When the<br />
automatic reversing device engages (the machine rolls backwards), the<br />
brake automatically clamps the wheel brake. The handbrake must be<br />
released to its zero point before the machine can be towed.<br />
Applying the handbrake<br />
� Grasp the handle (1) on the handbrake and pull fi rmly over its dead<br />
centre position.<br />
Releasing the handbrake<br />
� Press the button on the handbrake handle (1) and release the<br />
handbrake to its zero point.<br />
Caution –––––––––––––––––––––––––––––––––––––––––––––––––––––<br />
Do not secure the machine from rolling exclusively using the handbrake.<br />
Always use wheel chocks on both sides.<br />
The chocks prevent the machine from rolling at the set-up site and are<br />
part of the basic machine equipment. Place the chocks directly under<br />
the wheels on the machine.<br />
Before the machine is towed, insert the chocks in their holders and<br />
secure.<br />
