Selecting the right<br />
application form<br />
• To apply for a Coursework Program,<br />
complete the Application for Admission<br />
form attached.<br />
• To apply for a Research Program,<br />
please download the Research<br />
Application form from<br />

• To apply for an English Course, complete<br />
the CQUniversity English Language<br />
Centre Application for Admission form<br />
attached.<br />

Articulations and<br />
credit exemptions<br />
To view articulations with other institutions<br />
or any advanced standing that may be<br />
relevant to your previous studies and the<br />
exemptions you are eligible to receive for<br />
studies with CQUniversity, please visit<br />
http://articulation.cqu.edu.au<br />
You must include proof of preliminary<br />
program, for example a Letter of Offer and<br />
an eCOE for an Advanced Diploma from<br />
another institution if you are applying for an<br />
articulation.<br />
To apply for credit exemptions, you must<br />
include certified* copies of your awarded<br />
certificates, transcripts, testamur and<br />
subject outlines (in English).<br />
CQUniversity assess on a case-by-case basis<br />
for programs where there is no formal<br />
articulation or for incomplete qualifications.<br />

STEP 1<br />
Lodge application to the relevant<br />
campus via the Recruitment office<br />
or your agent. Check that all<br />
supporting certified* documents are<br />
attached by using the checklist on<br />
the application form.<br />
STEP 4<br />
Ensure all conditions (if any) have<br />
been satisfied.<br />
STEP 5<br />
To accept your offer and apply for<br />
your electronic Confirmation of<br />
Enrolment (eCOE), you will need<br />
to return:<br />
• <strong>International</strong> Student Contract with<br />
your signature and passport number<br />
• Remittance Advice Form<br />
• Make your first payment** via<br />
electronic remittance, credit card<br />
or bank deposit<br />

Apply for your student visa<br />
STEP 9<br />
Make travel arrangements. Ensure<br />
you arrive for enrolment and<br />
orientation.<br />

*Certification stamp must include the certifiers’ printed name, title or position, signature and date of notary. It may<br />
be obtained from a Justice of Peace, Commissioner of Declaration, a contracted agent of CQUniversity or the issuing<br />
authority or institution.<br />
**Payment<br />
In Australia – AU$1000 deposit. Balance of first term’s tuition fees is payable upon enrolment<br />
Outside Australia – First term’s tuition fees<br />
