(m) Other Information. (A) Promptly upon their becoming available, copies of<br />

(i) all financial statements, reports, notices and proxy statements sent or made available generally<br />

by Holdings to its security holders acting in such capacity or by any Subsidiary of Holdings to its<br />

equity holders, bondholders or holders of any other of its securities acting in such capacity or by<br />

any Subsidiary of Holdings to its security holders other than Holdings or another Subsidiary of<br />

Holdings, (ii) all regular and periodic reports and all registration statements and prospectuses, if<br />

any, filed by Holdings or any of its Subsidiaries with any securities exchange or with the<br />

Securities and Exchange Commission or any other Governmental Authority, (iii) all press<br />

releases and other statements made available generally by Holdings or any of its Subsidiaries to<br />

the public concerning material developments in the business of Holdings or any of its<br />

Subsidiaries, and (B) such other information and data with respect to Holdings or any of its<br />

Subsidiaries as from time to time may be reasonably requested by Administrative Agent;<br />

(n) Borrowing Base Certificates, Collateral Monitoring Reports and<br />

Supporting Documents and Information.<br />

(i) As soon as available but in any event within 15 days of the end of each<br />

calendar month and within 4 Business Days after the last Business Day of each week during any<br />

Weekly Reporting Period, and at such other times as may be necessary to re-determine<br />

Availability for purposes of determining satisfaction of the Payment Conditions in connection<br />

with any Permitted Investment or Permitted Junior Payment, as of the period then ended, a<br />

Borrowing Base Certificate and supporting information in connection therewith, together with<br />

any additional reports with respect thereto, as the Administrative Agent may reasonably request<br />

and as shall be reasonably satisfactory to Administrative Agent in its Permitted Discretion;<br />

(ii) As soon as available but in any event within 15 days of the end of each<br />

calendar month and within 4 Business Days after the end of each calendar week during any<br />

Weekly Reporting Period (with weekly updates for Accounts but monthly totals for Inventory),<br />

as of the period then ended (all delivered electronically in a text formatted file reasonably<br />

acceptable to the Administrative Agent):<br />

(1) a trial balance for the applicable period showing Accounts outstanding<br />

aged from statement date as follows: 1 to 30 days, 31 to 60 days, 61 to 90 days and 91<br />

days or more, accompanied by a comparison to the prior period’s trial balance and such<br />

supporting detail and documentation as shall be reasonably satisfactory to Administrative<br />

Agent in its Permitted Discretion; and<br />

(2) a summary of Inventory by location and type accompanied by such<br />

supporting detail and documentation as shall be reasonably requested by Administrative<br />

Agent in its Permitted Discretion;<br />

(iii) (1) Together with each delivery of financial statements pursuant to<br />

Sections 5.01(a) and 5.01(b), a reconciliation of the Accounts trial balance and quarter-end<br />

Inventory reports of Borrower and Borrowing Base Guarantors to the general ledger of such<br />

Credit Party, in each case, accompanied by such supporting detail and documentation as shall be<br />

requested by Administrative Agent in its Permitted Discretion; and (2) such other reports,<br />

statements and reconciliations with respect to the Borrowing Base or Collateral of any or all<br />
