This document provides a high level overview of the <strong>Delete</strong> <strong>MA</strong> <strong>User</strong> functionality in the<br />
<strong>Management</strong> <strong>Agents</strong> area of the <strong>USDA</strong> <strong>Management</strong> Interactive Network Connection<br />
(<strong>MINC</strong>) system.<br />
To access this function, click on the <strong>Delete</strong> <strong>MA</strong> <strong>User</strong> link in the Application Functions<br />
area the <strong>Management</strong> <strong>Agents</strong> web page.<br />

► <strong>Delete</strong> <strong>MA</strong> <strong>User</strong>: Use this link to remove the <strong>MA</strong> user ID from under your<br />
management agency or Service Bureau.<br />
If you click on this link the system displays the <strong>User</strong> List which contains the <strong>User</strong> IDs<br />
for users you have established and their names.<br />
To remove the <strong>MA</strong> user ID, click on one of the <strong>User</strong> IDs in the <strong>User</strong> List.<br />

The system displays a Confirm <strong>User</strong> ID <strong>Delete</strong> web page. Click on the OK button.<br />

The system displays the <strong>User</strong> ID <strong>Delete</strong> Confirmation page.<br />
Click on OK. The system returns you to the <strong>Management</strong> <strong>Agents</strong> home page.<br />
