Endowment Mission:
to promote higher education in
horticulture and
green industry-related courses
by funding an endowment
The Scholarship Endowment Fund
is a division of the
Illinois Landscape Contractors Education
and Charitable Organization.
Endowment Objectives:
to build a fund sufficient to award
scholarships from the endowment interest
to ultimately raise $1,000,000
to begin supporting Illinois resident
students studying for industry careers in
accredited Illinois and bordering state
colleges and universities when the first
$333,000 is raised
to maintain a perpetual fund where the
principal remains intact
to commit 99¢ of every $1 to
scholarships – all administrative costs
are being paid by the Illinois Landscape
Contractors Association
Contribution pledges may be paid over a
five-year period. Early receipts facilitate
early disbursements and are greatly
appreciated.
The Illinois Landscape Contractors
Education & Charitable Organization is a
501(c)3 organization and gifts are tax
deductible to the extent of the law.
Contributions may be restricted to the
Scholarship Endowment Fund.

Endowment Levels:
White Oak $10,000
upon payment in full, may name a scholarship
may assist in the establishment of criteria for
their particular scholarship
will receive perpetual recognition on a plaque
in the ILCA office
