IMPORTANT NOTE ABOUT 2011 SITE
The 2011 Summer Field Day site will feature a more
compressed setting. One would expect that by bringing the
show into the City of Chicago, space will be at a premium.
All booths will be smaller than the typical Summer Field Day
dimensions. This is a small price to pay for having the show
in the heart of the third largest city in the country.

GENERAL INFORMATION
• This is an unshaded, outdoor trade show and will proceed rain
or shine.
• Companies selling landscape products may purchase any size
booth.
• Booth price includes two chairs, two 8’ rectangular tables, and
two tradeshow-only admission tickets.
• Due to booth size restrictions, rented 10X10 tents are only
available for 20x20 or 20x10 booths and will be staked in the
center of the booth space.
• Booth assignments are made to completed contracts, using the
priority system THROUGH April 30, and based on date of
receipt AS OF May 1 and after.
• A completed contract consists of this form, a certificate of
insurance, exhibitor registration information and payment in
full.
• Please indicate all members of your company who will be in
attendance
