IMPORTANT NOTE ABOUT 2011 SITE<br />

The 2011 Summer Field Day site will feature a more<br />

compressed setting. One would expect that by bringing the<br />

show into the City of Chicago, space will be at a premium.<br />

All booths will be smaller than the typical Summer Field Day<br />

dimensions. This is a small price to pay for having the show<br />

in the heart of the third largest city in the country.<br />

GENERAL INFORMATION<br />

• This is an unshaded, outdoor trade show and will proceed rain<br />

or shine.<br />

• Companies selling landscape products may purchase any size<br />

booth.<br />

• Booth price includes two chairs, two 8’ rectangular tables, and<br />

two tradeshow-only admission tickets.<br />

• Due to booth size restrictions, rented 10X10 tents are only<br />

available for 20x20 or 20x10 booths and will be staked in the<br />

center of the booth space.<br />

• Booth assignments are made to completed contracts, using the<br />

priority system THROUGH April 30, and based on date of<br />

receipt AS OF May 1 and after.<br />

• A completed contract consists of this form, a certificate of<br />

insurance, exhibitor registration information and payment in<br />

full.<br />
