Another victim, Lucresio Baril, had his left little finger cut off<br />
when he tried to protect himself after one of the policemen was<br />
stabbing him with a bladed weapon.<br />
The police took, six persons—namely Marlon, Nestor, Philip,<br />
Jason hega, Emmanuel Dioneda and Jay Abahn, into police<br />
custody. But despite the serious injuries they already had, the<br />
police did not immediately take them to the hospital. They were<br />
taken only after an hour later saying that they had no key to the<br />
patrol car they use.<br />
At 1am on march 7 the police took four persons, Philip, Jason,<br />
Jay and Emmanuel, for treatment at the manila hospital. The two<br />
others, nestor and marlon, were taken to the police station at 6am.<br />
On that day, all six were taken to the RTC in manila where they<br />
were subjected to inquest proceedings and charged for violation<br />
of Batas Pambansa (BP 880) or the Public Assembly Act of 1985.<br />
They were also charged for violation of the RPC for tumults and<br />
other disturbance of public order and direct assaults to persons<br />
in authority respectively. The prosecutor, however, released them<br />
from police custody subject to “further investigation.”<br />

Vilma madrazo met Jimmy Soledad and the latter’s wife,<br />
Clarita, in front of a convenience store. The couple had come to<br />
Bacoor on the invitation of madrazo to discuss a deal regarding<br />
a small store Clarita was selling. As they were about to leave to<br />
board a tricycle, about ten men in plain clothes approached them<br />
and tied their wrists behind their backs.<br />
One of the men told them they were under arrest, but he did<br />
not identify himself nor did they show them any identification.<br />
The three victims were then forcibly taken to separate vehicles<br />
nearby. They pushed the victims inside their vehicles before going<br />
to the direction of a shopping mall in the area of molino.<br />
