associations in Washington D.C.; 61,000 lawyers in Washington D.C, 3,000<br />

registered lobbyists in Springfield; 91,000 lobbyists in Washington D.C.<br />

Elections legitimize injustice & inequality.<br />

“didn’t do a thing.” Hired by Housing Authority security- says their attitudes<br />

towards tenants were hostile. Became “special program developer.”<br />
