1.2 CÀLCUL DE QUALITAT D’AIRE INTERIOR S’adjunten les bases de càlcul d’aire exterior de les diverses zones de l’edifici. L’edifici disposarà d’un sistema de ventilació per l’aportament d’aire exterior en funció dels criteris IDA’s que es defineixen a continuació, considerant vàlids els criteris de la UNE EN 13779. Pel càlcul d’aire exterior, en les zones d’oficines, despatxos i sales de reunions, s’emprarà la taula que es mostra a continuació, en el cas que les persones tinguin una activitat metabòlica al voltant d’1,2 met, quan sigui baixa la producció de substàncies contaminants per fonts diverses de l’ésser humà i quan no estigui permès fumar. Categoria dm 3 /s per persona IDA1 20 IDA2 12,5 IDA3 8 IDA4 5 En locals on estigui permès fumar, els cabals d’aire exterior seran, com a mínim, el doble del que s’assenyala a la taula anterior. Quan l’edifici disposi de zones específiques per a fumadors, aquestes han de consistir en locals delimitats per tancaments estancs a l’aire i en depressió amb respecte als local contigus.
