<strong>Kevin</strong> L. <strong>Collins</strong><br />
<strong>Kevin</strong> <strong>Collins</strong> is head of client services in T. Rowe Price Retirement Plan Services, Inc., and is<br />
also a vice president of T. Rowe Price Group, Inc. Prior to assuming his current position in<br />
2008, he was chief administrative officer for T. Rowe Price Global Investment Services, the<br />
division responsible for the firm's institutional business worldwide, and T. Rowe Price Global<br />
Asset Management, the investment management organization responsible for assets sourced in<br />
Japan. <strong>Kevin</strong> earned a B.S. in accounting from the University of Scranton and an M.B.A. from<br />
the University of Maryland.<br />
<strong>Patrick</strong> M. <strong>Delaney</strong><br />
<strong>Patrick</strong> <strong>Delaney</strong> is a communications consultant for T. Rowe Price Retirement Plan Services,<br />
Inc. He joined the firm in 2000 in the Participant Service Center and subsequently became a<br />
senior representative. In 2003, <strong>Patrick</strong> transitioned to the Creative Exchange department where<br />
he worked as an account executive with both print and Web communications materials. In 2005,<br />
he joined Communications, where he works directly with plan sponsors to better prepare and<br />
educate plan participants about saving for retirement. He earned a B.A. in economics from<br />
Gettysburg College and is a Series 6, 7, and 63 registered representative.<br />
<strong>Cynthia</strong> <strong>Egan</strong><br />
<strong>Cynthia</strong> <strong>Egan</strong> is president of T. Rowe Price Retirement Plan Services, Inc. Prior to joining the<br />
firm, <strong>Cynthia</strong> was executive vice president at Fidelity Investments, where she led corporate<br />
initiatives to evaluate and address the firm’s global retirement service practices, in addition to<br />
recent efforts focusing on innovation. She comes to T. Rowe Price with broad experience as a<br />
general manager and senior leader, as well as deep experience in retirement services. After<br />
joining Fidelity in 1989, <strong>Cynthia</strong> served in a number of leadership roles as Fidelity built its<br />
defined contribution business during the 1990s. From 1998 to 2003, she was president of the<br />
Fidelity Charitable Gift Fund, which, under her leadership, became the nation’s second largest<br />
public charity. She then returned to the retirement arena to lead company-wide initiatives<br />
focused on employee and retiree savings strategies, including Fidelity Retirement Income<br />
Advantage. The launch of this service earned her Institutional Investor’s “Fund Marketer of the<br />
Year” for 2004. <strong>Cynthia</strong>’s experience prior to Fidelity includes retirement services at Banker’s<br />
Trust and the financial services consulting practice of KPMG. She is a graduate and now a<br />
trustee of Boston College.
Susan M. Fritz<br />
Susan Fritz is an assistant vice president of T. Rowe Price Retirement Plan Services, Inc., and<br />
T. Rowe Price Trust Company. She is a new business account lead manager in the New<br />
Business Development Group. Prior to joining the firm in 1996, she worked for NationsBank in<br />
their Employee Benefits Department for seven years. She earned a B.S. in business<br />
administration/finance from Clarion University of Pennsylvania.<br />
John A. Galateria<br />
John Galateria is a vice president of T. Rowe Price Group, Inc., and T. Rowe Price Retirement<br />
Plan Services, Inc. He is head of Retirement Plan Sales with responsibility for defined<br />
contribution plan business development. Prior to joining the firm in 1992, John was a regional<br />
vice president for Great-West Life in their 457/403(b) markets. John has 20 years of experience<br />
in the defined contribution plan industry. He earned a B.A. from the University of Richmond.<br />
James A. Griffin<br />
James Griffin is an assistant vice president of T. Rowe Price Retirement Plan Services, Inc.,<br />
and a senior product manager in the Product Development Group. In this role, James is<br />
responsible for the management and support of advice, guidance, and Web products and<br />
services. Prior to his current position, he was a business systems analysis in the Business<br />
Solutions Group. James earned his B.A. from Western Maryland College and an M.B.A. from<br />
Mount Saint Mary’s University. He is a Series 6, 7, and 63 registered representative.<br />
David A. Harbeitner<br />
David Harbeitner is a vice president of T. Rowe Price Group, T. Rowe Price Retirement Plans<br />
Services, T. Rowe Price Services, and T. Rowe Price Trust Company. He is the head of<br />
Operations for Retirement Plans Services. Before joining T. Rowe Price in 1996, he was a vice<br />
president with Fidelity Investments. David earned a bachelor’s degree in finance from the Miami<br />
University. He has achieved the Certified Financial Planner accreditation and holds Series 5, 7,<br />
8, 24, and 66 licenses.
Howard P. Heller<br />
Howard Heller is a senior ERISA compliance analyst in Compliance Services for T. Rowe Price<br />
Retirement Plan Services, Inc. Howard’s responsibilities include performing nondiscrimination<br />
testing, consulting with clients concerning legislative and regulatory plan compliance, and<br />
analyzing effects of new legislation and regulation on plan design and operation. Prior to joining<br />
the firm in 1998, Howard worked for the Securities and Exchange Commission in the Division of<br />
Enforcement. He earned a B.A. in economics from the University of Southern California and a<br />
J.D. from the Tulane University School of Law. Howard is a member of the Bar in the District of<br />
Columbia and Connecticut. He also has attained the professional designation of Qualified<br />
401(k) Administrator (QKA).<br />
Craig Keim, CFA<br />
Craig Keim is a vice president and senior relationship manager for T. Rowe Price Retirement<br />
Plan Services, Inc., in the Colorado Springs, Colorado, office. Prior to joining the firm in 2000,<br />
Craig served in various management roles at Great-West Life & Annuity in Denver and has over<br />
15 years of experience in the investment and retirement plan industry. Craig earned a B.A. in<br />
public affairs and philosophy from Claremont McKenna College and received an M.B.A. from<br />
the University of Denver. He has earned the Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) designation and<br />
is a Series 6, 63, and 26 registered representative.<br />
Carey J. McKenzie<br />
Carey J. McKenzie is a vice president of T. Rowe Price Group and T. Rowe Price Retirement<br />
Plan Services, Inc. Carey is the Eastern Regional sales director for Retirement Plan Services,<br />
Inc. He joined the firm in 1990. Carey earned a B.S. in business administration from Towson<br />
University and an M.B.A. from the Robert H. Smith School of Business at the University of<br />
Maryland. Carey is a Series 6, 7, 63, and 65 registered representative.<br />
Matthew D. McOsker<br />
Matt McOsker is a vice president for the Product Development division of T. Rowe Price<br />
Retirement Plan Services, Inc. Since joining the firm in 1993, Matt has worked as a Participant<br />
Service Center representative and an employee meeting specialist. Matt earned a B.S. in<br />
Geology from St. Lawrence University and Visual Basic and Java Programming Certificates<br />
from the Community College of Baltimore County. He currently has a Series 6, 7, and 63 license<br />
with the FINRA.
Gina T. Ross<br />
Gina Ross is a relationship manager of T. Rowe Price Retirement Plan Services, Inc. Prior to<br />
joining the firm in 2004, Gina was a relationship manager for MassMutual Retirement Services<br />
in Baltimore, Maryland. She earned a B.A. in business from Towson University. Gina is a Series<br />
7 and 63 registered representative.<br />
Lucas Schroeder<br />
Luke is a client administration manager for T. Rowe Price Retirement Plan Services, Inc. He<br />
joined the firm in August 2000, and during his five years as a plan coordinator, he served as the<br />
primary contact for several employer-sponsored qualified and nonqualified retirement plans. In<br />
February 2006, Luke was promoted to a supervisor position in the T. Rowe Price Participant<br />
Service Center and was later promoted to client administration manager in March 2007. Luke<br />
graduated with a B.A. in business administration from Elon University. He is a Series 7<br />
registered representative.<br />
Carol E. Waddell<br />
Carol Waddell is a vice president of T. Rowe Price Group, Inc and a vice president and director<br />
of Product Development & Marketing Technology for T. Rowe Price Retirement Plan Services,<br />
Inc. In this role, she is responsible for participant research and development initiatives including:<br />
automated solutions, financial literacy and education, technology, personalization, investment<br />
advice, retirement income initiatives, and rollovers. She also serves on the T. Rowe Price<br />
Community Relations Board and is president of the Board of The Children’s Home, a nonprofit<br />
serving Maryland’s abused, neglected, and abandoned children. Prior to joining the firm in 1994,<br />
Carol was an assistant vice president of Marketing at Citibank. Carol earned a B.S. from<br />
Towson University and an M.B.A. from Loyola College in Baltimore, Maryland. Carol is a series<br />
63 representative.<br />
Brett M. Wells<br />
Brett Wells is a vice president and retirement sales executive for T. Rowe Price Retirement Plan<br />
Services, Inc. He joined the firm in 1994 as an investment services representative. Prior to<br />
joining the Sales Team in 2000, he served as a client relations consultant. Brett earned a B.S. in<br />
business and finance from Mount St. Mary’s College in Maryland. Brett is a Series 7 and 63<br />
registered representative.
Christina K. Wilcox<br />
Tina Wilcox is a vice president of T. Rowe Price Retirement Plan Services, Inc. She is a senior<br />
relationship manager and also manages a team within the group Tina joined the firm in 1992 as<br />
a telephone representative. She then worked as a retirement plan representative and a<br />
conversion manager in our New Business Group before becoming a relationship manager in<br />
1998. Tina earned a B.A. in communications and an M.B.A. in marketing from Loyola College in<br />
Baltimore, Maryland. She earned the Qualified 401(k) Administrator credential from the<br />
American Society of Pension Professionals & Actuaries (ASPPA) in 2007. Tina is a Series 6, 7,<br />
and 63 registered representative.
