3rd Annual Babysitting Co-op’s
Halloween Potluck Party and
Costume Exchange
The Banff Trail Family Babysitting Co-op is once
again hosting Halloween Potluck Party and Costume
Exchange.
NEW THIS YEAR: Bring your adult costumes or props
(e.g., wigs, hats, etc.) along to the exchange!
Bring out a snack to share and any costumes you
have from past years to see what you can exchange
them for. Come over even if you don’t have a costume
to exchange - just come for the potluck and some
Halloween fun!
Date: Saturday, October 24
Time: 9:30am - 11:30am
Place: BTCA Community Hall, 2115 20th Ave NW
What to bring: kids, snack to share and, if you have
them, kid or adult costumes for exchange.
We’ll provide juice, water, coffee and tea along with
Halloween crafts and music.
If you are bringing costumes, please attach a label to
each one with the following information:
- your name,
- what ages the costume fits.
How the exchange works: From the exchange tables,
pick out the same number of costumes as you brought.
Any costumes left at 11am, can be taken back or given
away, at owner’s choice. So, if you would like to take
more than you brought (or if you didn’t bring one),
you can take from the unexchanged costumes after
11am.
To help us plan, please RSVP to rhodese2013@gmail.
com by October 17 with the following info:
- number of kids and adults coming, and
- number of costumes you are planning to bring.
See you there!
