La camera è a vostra disposizione a partire<br />
dalle ore 14 e vi preghiamo di liberarla<br />

I cani sono ammessi previa comunicazione,<br />
al prezzo di 8 Euro al giorno senza<br />
cibo (non possono accedere alla sala da<br />
pranzo, al soggiorno e al prato con le<br />
sdraio); eventuale addebito di 25 Euro per<br />
la pulizia finale.<br />
Storno e assicurazione per mancata<br />
partenza: lo storno entro 30 giorni dalla<br />
data di arrivo non comporta spese. Fino<br />
al terzo giorno prima dell’arrivo viene<br />
addebitato il 50% del prezzo. Oltre il terzo<br />
giorno, in caso di mancato arrivo, in caso<br />
di partenza anticipata o ritardata viene<br />
calcolato il 90% del prezzo concordato.<br />
Per evitare tali spese vi consigliamo<br />
di stipulare un’assicurazione contro<br />
viaggi-storni, così che vengano rilevate<br />
dall’”assicurazione europea viaggi”. Saremo<br />

Cancellation and travel insurance policy:<br />
cancellation more than 30 days prior to<br />
arrival is free of charge; from 30 to 3 days<br />
before arrival, we charge 50% of the agreed<br />
price; from 3 days before arrival, non-arrival<br />
and for late arrival or early departure, the<br />
hotel charges 90% of the agreed half pension<br />
price. In order to save you any expenses<br />
in such cases, we recommend you take out<br />
a travel insurance which covers cancellation.<br />
One of these is “European travel insurance”.<br />
