• $75 one day per week<br />

• $110 two days per week<br />

GROUP EXERCISE CLASSES<br />

• All classes are free for fitness members<br />

(except TRX suspension training).<br />

• $10 per class for non-fitness members.<br />

• $15 per TRX class for fitness members;<br />

$25 per TRX class for non-members.<br />

Gym Rentals<br />

We rent out our collegiate size gymnasium at<br />

affordable rates to local groups who run volleyball<br />

and basketball leagues as well as other<br />

sporting events. For more information, please<br />

OPEN GYM<br />

Whether you want to work on your jump shot or<br />

shoot some hoops with friends, make this time<br />

all your own. For Open Gym times, please see<br />

Exercise class for cancer survivors starting Jan. 6<br />

We’re excited to be launching a new group exercise class that’s focused on the<br />

fitness needs of cancer survivors. Our Cancer Survivors Exercise Class will be<br />

held here at the JCC as follows starting on Wednesday, Jan. 6, 20<strong>16</strong>:<br />

Wednesdays 11 am – noon<br />

Fridays 4:30–5:30 pm<br />

Saturdays 9–10 am<br />

The class will be free for JCC Fitness members and $10 per class for nonmembers.<br />

The first class is free for non-fitness members and discounted<br />

pricing is available to non-members purchasing a block of classes. The Cancer<br />

Survivors Exercise Class will be led by certified personal trainer Laurie Kushner<br />

who is also a cancer exercise specialist certified through the Cancer Exercise<br />

Training Institute. Kushner also will be offering one-on-one cancer exercise<br />

sessions here at the JCC.<br />
