CITY OF WELLAND CCTV SEWER INSPECTION STANDARD It is hoped that by making all parties aware of the City’s expectations, the Contractor will be able to tailor his operations and fees, eliminating the need for forced reinspections and/or penalties. The City or its Consultant will be benefited by reducing cost overruns, and allowing more efficient review of the submitted documentation.
