While it is common knowledge that change is an <strong>in</strong>evitable part of bus<strong>in</strong>ess and life, people are generally apprehensive about mak<strong>in</strong>g change and fac<strong>in</strong>g<br />

the unknown. However, <strong>in</strong> today’s fast paced and volatile bus<strong>in</strong>ess environment, leaders must harness the capabilities and skills to not only be agile and<br />

adaptive, but also be an advocate for change to steer robust bus<strong>in</strong>ess outcomes.<br />

In this context, women leaders play an important role <strong>in</strong> lead<strong>in</strong>g transformation, facilitat<strong>in</strong>g transitions and driv<strong>in</strong>g higher performance. While change<br />

may be different from one scenario to another, possess<strong>in</strong>g the key skill-sets as a change leader will enable female leaders to drive team performance <strong>in</strong><br />

diverse situations and emerge as an <strong>in</strong>fluential leader.<br />

This practical workshop will discuss strategic approaches to enhance your effectiveness as a change leader, as well as ways to motivate and <strong>in</strong>crease<br />

Cass Russell is an experienced bus<strong>in</strong>ess consultant and executive coach specialis<strong>in</strong>g <strong>in</strong> goal achievement, performance enhancement and leadership<br />

development. She has successfully coached numerous senior leaders through change management and cultural change endeavours. Before<br />

establish<strong>in</strong>g her own bus<strong>in</strong>ess, Cass had a highly successful career as a manager and change leader <strong>in</strong> higher education and IT sectors. She holds an<br />

undergrad <strong>in</strong> account<strong>in</strong>g and IT, an MBA and CPA and holds numerous coach<strong>in</strong>g and change management certificates.<br />
