Karen holds a Masters <strong>in</strong> Management from MGSM to complement her Doctoral level psychology qualifications. Karen has a track record <strong>in</strong> develop<strong>in</strong>g<br />
tra<strong>in</strong><strong>in</strong>g courses and is a regular facilitator and corporate tra<strong>in</strong>er for Australian Retirement Partners P/L and for Qantas Airways Ltd courses on<br />
performance feedback and coach<strong>in</strong>g. Karen is a graduate of the National Speakers Association Academy.<br />
Karen has practical experience <strong>in</strong> the delivery - and feedback to clients - of personality and other psychological assessments. Karen is currently work<strong>in</strong>g<br />
with Australia’s foremost executive leadership development research centre: the Accelerated Learn<strong>in</strong>g Laboratory at AGSM <strong>in</strong> assessment delivery and<br />
