park and historic castle <strong>in</strong> Scotland, several small bus<strong>in</strong>ess enterprises and some larger tourism bus<strong>in</strong>ess both <strong>in</strong> the UK and Queensland. She has been a bus<strong>in</strong>ess<br />

development manager and consultant with KPMG <strong>in</strong> Melbourne, HR Manager Victoria with St V<strong>in</strong>cent de Paul and Australasian MD of SIRVA Corporation, a global<br />

relocation company. With more than 35 years experience <strong>in</strong> senior management and board positions, Beth’s contribution to bus<strong>in</strong>esses is now primarily around<br />

mentor<strong>in</strong>g CEO’s to improve profitability and Beth has been <strong>in</strong>volved <strong>in</strong> <strong>in</strong>itiat<strong>in</strong>g and w<strong>in</strong>n<strong>in</strong>g some major projects for many of her 65 clients; not least of which is the<br />

ferry service to MONA.<br />

In addition to her bus<strong>in</strong>ess roles, Beth is and has been an active Chair and non-executive Director on a number of boards <strong>in</strong> Australia and U.K. She is alumni of<br />
