The Residents` Forum is working hard at planning this years events. They really need your help to enable them to happen.<br />

Events being planned for 2007 are:<br />

Car Boot Sale & Craft Fair – Sunday 13 th May – 1pm to 4pm (To be confirmed)<br />

Family day out at Centre Parcs – September (date to be confirmed)<br />

Halloween Party – Sat 27 th October – 7.30pm until Late.<br />

Children’s Christmas Party – Fri 21 st December – 3pm to 4.00pm<br />

New Year Eve Party – 7.30pm until Late.<br />

Can you help by?<br />

Being on a list of volunteers to help with setting up & supervising at events.<br />

Being on a list of volunteers to help with Catering at events.<br />

Being on a list of volunteers to help with the production of the residents’ newsletter.<br />

Being on a list of volunteers to help with the distribution of the newsletter in your area.<br />

Being on the Residents Forum Committee – means attending a meeting every 6 weeks.<br />

Being on a list of volunteers to help with publicity.<br />

Kevan leaves his job as Community Development Worker on Thursday 5 th <strong>April</strong>. The interviews for this post took place on March 22 nd . Until<br />

the newly appointed Community Development Co-ordinator takes up their position, residents can contact the Community Investment Team<br />

3C`s CLUB FOR RETIRED RESIDENTS<br />

The 3C`s club is open to all retired residents (whatever your age) in Cambourne. We meet fortnightly at The Ark at 2pm and finish at<br />

3.30pm.<br />

The group enjoy meeting in a friendly atmosphere for a chat, cuppa and to play scrabble & other games.<br />
