<strong>4.</strong> The garage must be equipped with a standard garage door, unless dedicated<br />
<strong>of</strong>f-site parking is provided, excluding rights-<strong>of</strong>-ways.<br />
5. If the space <strong>for</strong> the required garage has been converted to space <strong>for</strong> purposes<br />
other than a garage, the space must be converted back to a residential garage<br />
and equipped with a standard garage door prior to the sale and use as a<br />
dwelling unit.<br />
E. Hours <strong>of</strong> Operation<br />
A model home may be open to the public during the following time periods:<br />
1. Monday through Saturday: Between the hours <strong>of</strong> 9:00 a.m. and 6:00 p.m.<br />
2. Sunday: Between the hours <strong>of</strong> 12:00 noon and 5:00 p.m.<br />
3. Holidays: Between the hours <strong>of</strong> 10:00 a.m. and 5:00 p.m.<br />

G. Lighting<br />
Lighting at the sites <strong>of</strong> model homes shall be limited to interior and exterior<br />
lighting normally associated with single-family residences. Exterior flood lights<br />
may not be used.<br />
<strong>4.</strong>19.03. Sales Trailers and Leasing Offices<br />
Temporary sales and leasing <strong>of</strong>fices <strong>for</strong> residential development are allowed in any<br />
residential zoning district. In addition to applicable zoning district regulations, a<br />
temporary sales and leasing <strong>of</strong>fices must comply with the following standards:<br />
A. The development plan <strong>for</strong> the residential development shall indicate the location<br />
<strong>of</strong> the temporary sales and leasing <strong>of</strong>fices.<br />
B. Only one (1) sales trailer shall be allowed <strong>for</strong> every two hundred (200) lots or<br />
units.<br />
C. Temporary sales and leasing <strong>of</strong>fices proposing to operate <strong>for</strong> a period <strong>of</strong> six (6)<br />
months or less shall be skirted and landscaped. In addition, temporary sales and<br />
leasing <strong>of</strong>fices remaining <strong>for</strong> a period greater than six (6) months shall be located<br />
on a concrete slab or stem wall and shall be skirted and landscaped. Temporary<br />
sales and leasing <strong>of</strong>fices may be used <strong>for</strong> a maximum period <strong>of</strong> two (2) years<br />
from the date the certificate <strong>of</strong> occupancy is issued. The Land Use Administrator<br />
may grant a one (1) year extension.<br />
D. Pedestrian access shall be provided from the parking area to the <strong>of</strong>fice.<br />
E. Parking shall be provided on a paved surface and shall be designed to prevent the<br />
need to back onto a street right-<strong>of</strong>-way or pedestrian-way.<br />
F. A fence or similar barrier shall be provided to prevent visitors and customers<br />
from entering the construction area.<br />
G. Only one (1) identification sign per <strong>of</strong>fice is permitted. The sign area shall not<br />
exceed six (6) square feet.<br />
H. Water and wastewater facilities shall be provided.<br />
