CHILD LABOUR: Child labour is work undertaken by children under the legal minimum working ages.<br />
Include hazardous work and worst forms of child labour, e.g. the commercial sexual exploitation of children, work underground,<br />

UNACCOMPANIED AND SEPARATED CHILDREN: Definition: separated children are those<br />
separated from both parents, or from their previous legal or usual primary caregiver, but not necessarily from other<br />
relatives. This can include children accompanied by other adult family members. Unaccompanied children are children<br />
who have been separated from both parents and other relatives, and who are not being cared for by an adult who, by<br />
law or custom, is responsible for doing so.<br />

civil and administrative procedures) whether children are in conflict with the law, victims, witnesses, or in contact with<br />
