DINING OPTIONS Group Dining Reserved Group Seating shall be located in one area of the dining room (if available). The Cruise Line will attempt to honor the request; however, dining assignments will be made on the basis of availability at the time of group finalization. Should additional Guests be booked into this group after group finalization, the same dining room seating accommodations are not guaranteed. My Time Dining ® My Time Dining ® provides you with the flexibility to plan dinner around your schedule. Reservations can be made between 6:00- 9:30 pm each night, so guests can choose the best time for them. My Family Time Dining SM offers kids an expedited 40-minute dinner, along with Adventure Ocean ® pick-up service. More fun time for the kids means more leisurely dessert time for parents. Daily reservations can be made online beginning at 3 months and up to 4 days prior to departure at www.RoyalCaribbean.com under >Before You Board > Pre Cruise Planner. Gratuities are required for My Time Dining ® and if not pre-paid on your final payment, will be charged to your SeaPass ® account onboard. My Time Dining ® does not guarantee tables together for groups of over 10 guests. Parties larger than 10 guests may be seated at staggered times and may not be seated close to each other. CRUISE DOCUMENTS • Cruise documents can be expected approximately 28 days prior to sail date. Royal Caribbean International ® reserves the right to hold documents until final payment has been received. • Guests traveling together in the same stateroom will receive one set of e-docs for the stateroom unless otherwise requested prior to printing of documents. • Requests for paper documents rather than e-doc (electronic documents) must be processed prior to thirty (30) days from sailing and require an additional fee of $35.00 per person. GROUP AIR PROGRAM • Royal Caribbean International ® will provide Air Arrangements with inclusive travel packages at competitive fares. While Royal Caribbean International ® will make every effort to accommodate all air requests, Group Guests originating from the same air city may not necessarily be accommodated on the same flights. All Guests using the Custom Air Program will receive transportation and baggage transfers between the airport and pier. GROUP MARKETING AND PROMOTIONS • All marketing materials used to promote your Group must be preapproved by your Royal Caribbean International ® Corporate Sales Manager. All materials must contain a statement identifying the ship’s registry. ROYAL CARIbbEAN CRUISETOURS The unique nature of cruisetour Groups requires, in some cases, the use of different guidelines from those that apply to general Groups. The following paragraphs describe those different guidelines. Except for the differences described below, the above-referenced General Group Guidelines apply to cruisetour Groups as well. • If every member of a Group is purchasing the cruisetour, a single cruisetour Group booking will be created. • If some members of a Group are purchasing a Cruisetour and others are not, bookings may not be booked inside the same Group. Additional bookings in individual reservations or Groups may be required to accommodate all guests. • A Royal Caribbean Alaska Cruisetour Group can have up to sixteen (16) staterooms (thirty-two (32) Guests); all other cruisetours can have ten (10) staterooms (twenty (20) Guests) without any special approval. Group requests beyond these limits may be made and are subject to contracted terms. Please contact a Royal Caribbean Cruisetours representative at 888-307-8401 for more information. CORPORATE AMENITIES PROGRAM (CAP) • The Corporate Amenities Program (CAP) provides your group with a menu of complimentary amenities to enhance your program. Selections for the use of CAP points may only be requested for Groups above the minimum Group size (eight (8) staterooms) and must be made before final payment is due. The availability of CAP Points plus the number of CAP Points varies by ship and sailing date. Contingent upon the itinerary, VAT or other governmental imposed taxes and fees may be assessed against certain onboard or pre-paid goods and services purchased. All such fees shall be the sole responsibility of purchaser. Royal Caribbean International sailings may be operated by Royal Caribbean Cruises Ltd., or its affiliates, including but not limited to RCL Cruises Ltd., RCL (UK) Ltd. (with respect to certain Brilliance of the Seas sailings) and Royal Caribbean (Cruzeiros) Brasil. See your passenger ticket contract for the identity of the specific operator/carrier for your sailing. Your operator/carrier, or another member of the RCL Group of companies, acts as an intermediary between you and any airlines, hotels, transport operators, shore excursion providers, and other contractors providing any third party services to you. CORPORATE AMENITIES PROGRAM Royal Caribbean International’s Corporate Amenities Program (CAP) provides you with a selection of complimentary amenities to enhance your company’s meeting or incentive group program*. With your group booking you will receive a set number of CAP Points (number of CAP points varies by ship and sailing date). You in turn select how you would like to allocate your CAP Points from the menu of choices noted below. Note: Each amenity listed below has a “point value”. Match the points offered to you with your group booking with the amenities listed below to create a customized amenity program. A minimum of 8 staterooms required to receive CAP points.
