CUBRIC will open in spring 2016, and the £44m centre will become one of Europe’s top facilities for brain imaging.The site will have one of the world's most sophisticated MRI scanners, and research at the centre will focus on understanding more about the causes of conditions such as dementia,multiple sclerosis and schizophrenia –leading toimproved diagnosis and treatments.
