courses, which are already being
held for partners in Malaysia,
India, the United Arab Emirates
and China, among other locations,

to train technicians in the areas of
manufacturing engineering, quality,
project management and operations
& planning in the framework
(see Fig. 2). This trainee program
consists of a theory segment as
well as a practical part that teaches
basic knowledge of materials and
their preparation processes. In the
following project-orientated block
the trainees work in different areas
on current projects, whereby the
knowledge and skills which they
learn and compile must be documented
in a project paper.
The range of instruction offered
by FACC can also be taken advantage
of by the supply partners at
their own locations, should they so
choose. In this case FACC determines
the venue of the instruction,

helps in the choice of the trainees
and sets up tailored teaching materials.
If needed, FACC provides experienced
trainers for a determined
time period, who can be consulted
during the implementation of the
training program.
