EVENTS
Once again this year we’ll be running a full programme of educational and networking events for our
members, and this year we’ll also be focusing on organisation and personal performance-enhancement
with a programme of regional workshops. In addition, we’ll be running a series of webinars – the first
series is already confirmed and will be a quarterly regulations update presented by Regulatory Strategies.
Throughout the year we’ll be announcing additional webinars covering a range of topics and key updates
– keep an eye out for further details. Most events are now confirmed as per the schedule below but keep
checking the CICM website and your ‘In Brief’ monthly newsletter to ensure you don’t miss anything.
IN the first half of the year we’ll be
running a new workshop called
‘Developing a killer Credit Policy’
which will not only highlight why it’s so
important to have an effective credit policy
but also give guidance on how to go about
developing one and what it should contain.
Because this is a workshop there will be
plenty of opportunity to get personal help
and advice on developing a credit policy
that is right for your organisation.
Later in the year we will be focusing
on your personal development with
a workshop called ‘Personal skills;
revisiting the basics’. This workshop
will revisit key personal skills and provide

& Development team, and supported by

latest credit and collections solutions
available out there. So we’ll be bringing
our ‘Credit Solutions Showcase’ to
London and Manchester to give you the
opportunity to see and discuss the latest
products that are available from a range of
top credit solutions providers – all in one
place! Not only is this a great opportunity
to see and hear more about the products
that are available in 2016, but it will also
give you a better understanding of current
trends and opportunities, maybe provide
answers to some of your questions, let you
