You know, the Bible doesn’t say<br />
that much about parenting. There<br />
are a few brief passages here and<br />
there, and we definitely can learn<br />
from them. But the Bible has a lot<br />
more to say about who we are and<br />
who we’re choosing to become. In<br />
other words, if we’re growing to be<br />
more like Christ, we are also going<br />
to be growing as<br />
parents, and a focus<br />
on loving Him<br />
helps us love the<br />
others in our lives,<br />
as well.<br />
Fortunately, there<br />
are principles in God’s word that<br />
can help us become stronger and<br />
more mature in both areas, and<br />
this week we’re going to explore<br />
three more. These principles can<br />
help you raise your own children<br />
well….and they can help all of us as<br />
children in relationship with a loving<br />
heavenly Father.<br />
