Q. As far as you know he hadn’t said anything sexually invasive or
sexually inappropriate to Pope Shakey or to Rachel Mack, correct?
A. As far as I know.

83. Notwithstanding the fact that the Summer Meeting was convened to determine
how to deal with Mr. Elliott, Ms. Guthrie could not recall any resolution that
arose from the meeting:
Q. Okay. Well, let’s just concentrate on ... of the first one I think was
resolved at the meeting was that he was going to be confronted about his
behaviour?
A. Again, I don’t recall if that was like the outcome of the meeting.
Because it did end up ... I don’t know what the time span was between the
meeting and when we confronted him. I don’t think we all left the
meeting and said, “Okay, next Monday we’re going to challenge Greg
Elliott.” I think it was ... I think we came out of the meeting actually
without a very clear idea of what we were going to do.
Q. So a meeting is convened to discuss Greg Elliott?
A. Mm hmm.
Q. Different measures of dealing with Mr. Elliott are discussed, but at the
end of the meeting it is your testimony that everyone just walked away
and said we’ll just leave it to each of our own devices?
A. As far as I recall, yes. But I don’t ... I don’t remember what the end of
the meeting landed on. 77
84. Similarly, Ms. Reilly could recall nearly nothing about the Summer Meeting.
85. It is submitted both Ms. Guthrie and Ms. Reilly were being untruthful when
testifying about the Summer Meeting. Each complainant testified to recalling the
precise words of scores of the tweets in evidence. However, each complainant’s
memory conveniently failed her when asked about the details of the Summer
Meeting and what plan of action arose from it.
86. It is submitted that the attendees of the Summer Meeting did hatch a plan to deal
with Mr. Elliott, and that plan was put into action in August 2012. It is further
submitted that three people who were instrumental in the plan being carried out
against Mr. Elliott were the three complainants in the case at bar.

87. It is submitted that the first battle in the war between Mr. Elliott and the
complainants during the Particularized Dates was initiated by Ms. Guthrie and
