About Cotton Supreme Solids
RJR’s Cotton Supreme Solids were first introduced on the market in the late 1980s, and designed by
quilter icon Bonnie Leman, founder and editor of Quilter’s Newsletter Magazine. She chose a
construction specifically for quilt making, setting the standard for quality and color. Today, RJR
continues to produce the most consistent, high quality solids in the marketplace. Now available in 190
different colors, Cotton Supreme Solids are manufactured with a silky finish for luster and a soft hand,
which makes them simply irresistible.
The Story Behind the Colors by Brenda Ratliff
“In selecting the color stories, I was inspired by top selling lines in the
modern arena as well as current color trends in quilting today. Many of
the color palettes are vintage inspired, which I am hoping will resonate with traditional quilters. I hope
people will be inspired by the colors I have pulled together, and in the least, use them as a jumping off
point for a project.” Learn more about Brenda at www.justabitfrayed.com.
