dense foliage cover when staked and pruned. Pink<br />
fruit with green shoulders in the 7-ounce range,<br />
excellent fresh market quality. Fusarium wilt<br />

90 days, indeterminate — Potato-leaf foliage with<br />
very large, oblate-shaped, reddish, pink fruits<br />
averaging 16 to 24 ounces each. Exceptional<br />
flavor, gourmet quality.<br />

80 days, indeterminate — Potato-leaf plants<br />
produce pink, oblate, large (14 to 36 ounce) fruits.<br />
Excellent flavor. Sudduth family heirloom.<br />
Caspian Pink (3400241) {CNG}<br />
80 days, indeterminate — Reportedly an heirloom<br />
discovered in Russia by a Petoseed Co. employee<br />
shortly after the Cold War ended. It has large,<br />
oblate, pink fruits weighing up to 11 ounces. The<br />
flavor is mild and sweet.<br />
Cherokee Purple (3400251)<br />
80 days, indeterminate — Fruits are large (12 to<br />
16 ounces), dark pink with dark purple shoulders.<br />
Excellent complex flavor, slightly sweet aftertaste.<br />
Introduced by Craig LeHoullier who received it<br />
from J. D. Green of TN. At least 100 years old and<br />
reportedly grown by the Cherokee Indians.<br />

90 days, semi-determinate — Plants have good<br />
leaf coverage. Beautiful, pink, globe-shaped, 3 to 9<br />
ounce, smooth skinned, fruits. Released in 1923.<br />

90 days, indeterminate — Regular leaf plants with<br />
dark pink, 8 to 12 ounce, good flavored fruits.<br />
Generally an elongated-globe shape, sometimes<br />
developing into a classic heart shape.<br />

90 days, indeterminate — An old family heirloom.<br />
The regular leaf plants produce large, pink,<br />
delicious, beefsteak-type fruits.<br />

92 days, indeterminate — Regular leaf plants with<br />
pink, 6 to 24 ounce, beefsteak-type, oblate shaped<br />
fruits. It is an excellent, tasty slicing tomato. An old<br />
family heirloom from Germany.<br />

85 days, indeterminate — Regular leaf variety that<br />
produces large (up to 24 ounce), pink, heartshaped<br />
fruits that when sliced, have the potential<br />
of covering a dinner plate.<br />

90 days, indeterminate — A rare heirloom. The<br />
fruits are nice, large, pink fruits. The plants are<br />
sturdy and potato leaf.<br />

pink tomato weighing up to 15 ounces. Released<br />
by Johnson & Stokes of Philadelphia in 1899.<br />

67 days, indeterminate — Firm and juicy,<br />
beautifully bright-pink, two to four ounce, globeshaped<br />
fruits with a good flavor and a sweet<br />
aftertaste. Released by Ferry Seed Co. in 1909.<br />
Early Detroit No. 17 (3402751) {CNG}<br />
70 days, indeterminate — Pink, globe to oblate, 2<br />
to 5 ounce fruits with firm flesh but reasonably<br />
juicy and with a good flavor and a slightly sweet<br />
finish.<br />
Eva Purple Ball (3401071) {CNG}<br />
75 days, indeterminate — Reportedly from the<br />
Black Forest region of Germany in the late 1800s.<br />
The fruits are smooth, uniformly globe shaped,<br />
about 6 ounces, and deep pink in color. Excellent<br />
taste. Good canning variety. Very prolific.<br />
Ferris Wheel (3401091) {CNG}<br />
90 days, indeterminate — Pink, juicy, mild and<br />
slightly sweet. The largest fruit in our grow out<br />
weighed 32 ounces! Some fruit as small as 8<br />
ounces but a pound is typical. Released by the<br />
John A. Salzer Seed Co. in about 1907.<br />
Fioletovyi Kruglyi (3402241) {CNG}<br />
85 days, indeterminate — This Russian variety’s<br />
name means “Purple Round” in English. Plants<br />
have beautiful grayish foliage. Fruits are globeshaped,<br />
dark purple, grow in clusters of six fruits.<br />
Excellent meaty texture and sweet flavor.<br />
Fish Lake Oxheart (3402641) {CNG}<br />
85 days, indeterminate — A productive, regular<br />
leaf type with scarlet, heart-shaped, 12 to 16<br />
ounce fruits. Excellent flavor.<br />
Fordhook First, Burpee’s (3400991) {CNG}<br />
85 days, indeterminate — Good flavored, pink<br />
fruits, up to six ounces. Released about 1894.<br />
German Johnson (3400261) {CNG}<br />
85 days, indeterminate — Regular leaf plants. The<br />
beefsteak-type fruits reach up to a pound, are<br />
meaty, reddish-pink, and are mild but flavorful. A<br />
great slicing tomato for burgers and sandwiches.<br />
Giant Belgium Pink (3400271) {CNG}<br />
85 days, indeterminate — Sweet fruits averaging<br />
1 to 2 pounds. Dark pink fruit with smooth ends.<br />
Low acid, mild flavor.<br />
Giroc (3402961) {CNG}<br />
82 days, indeterminate — Regular leaf plants<br />
produce 18 to 24 ounce, pink, beefsteak-type<br />
fruits. An excellent slicing variety, it is a Romanian<br />
variety introduced to American seed savers by<br />
Geza Korbely of Hungary.<br />

78 days, indeterminate — Likely a selection of<br />
'Livingston's Globe'. Heavy yielding, vigorous, pink<br />
fruits are globular, smooth and very solid; good<br />
quality. An AAS ® winner in 1936.<br />
Glovel (3402861) {CNG}<br />
75 days, indeterminate — Vigorous and<br />
productive. Fruits are pink, 4 to 16 ounces, firm,<br />
and mild in flavor. Reportedly wilt-resistant.<br />
