Life Sciences Sector Skill Development Council
(LSSSDC) is an autonomous and a Not-for-Profit
Organization, promoted by the Confederation of
Indian Industry (CII) and leading Life Sciences
Industry Members across India(like, IPA, BDMA,
IDMA, ACRO, ABLE, etc), with financial support
by National Skill Development Corporation
(NSDC).
LSSSDC has identified VIPER as Vocational
Training Partner. The vision of the centre is to
develop industrial skills, in the manufacturing,
quality control, quality assurance areas, amongst
fresh pharmacy graduates, who will be readily
appointed by the pharmaceutical industries.

TRAINING PROGRAMME
Ÿ SMT TRAINING: About 20 batches of SMT (Self-Management Team )
of Dr. Reddy Laboratories Ltd numbering 800 have undergone the
training programme which lasts for 45 days

The SMTs which have undergone training are benefitted by this
training programme as some of the trainees have even reached
managerial levels in the organization
The shop floor level workforce, the under graduates will have training
in basic Pharma subjects and supervisor level, executive and manager
level employees will have training in advanced technologies
TRAINING FOR B.Sc EMPLOYEES-Dr.Reddy's:
VIPER is conducting the contact classes for DRL employees who enroll
themselves into the programme of Bachelor of Science
(Pharmaceutical Chemistry) offered by BR Ambedkar Open University,
Hyderabad.
BIOLOGICAL E LIMITED

VIPER will conduct classes for Biological E limited employees on the
shop floor level workforce. The undergraduates will have training in
basic Pharma subjects and supervisor level, executive and manager
level employees will have training in advanced technologies

HUMAN EXCELLENCE CENTER

VIPER started a Centre for Human Excellence by Swami Bodhamayanandaji from Ramakrishna Math in Feb 2015. The
centre was started for development of moral and ethical aspects in personal and professional life both for students and
faculty. The eminent speakers motivated us about the live examples of Sri Rama Krishna Paramahansa and Swamy
Vivekananda. VIPER will become accredited institution by next year. Vivekananda Institute of Human Excellence has
been serving the society from almost many years by conducting various courses, seminars and programmes helpful to all
age groups giving special attention to the youth and also to people from all walks of life like students, parents, teachers,
doctors, government employees etc., the number of beneficiaries is more than 6, 00,000.
Indian youth is in lack of good inspiration and motivation. Youth has to focus on these type good speeches .These
speeches changes an ordinary person into extraordinary person. To spread the great thoughts of Swami Vivekananda,
Mr.T.R.Ganesh a faculty from Vivekananda Institution of Human Excellence Centre visited our campus and gave a guest
lecture on 6th November.

HELPING HANDS
VIPER has become a part of “Aasya Cancer Foundation”. Viper students have been
taking a lead since 2010 and helping this organization. It donated Rs.5000/- to this
foundation through Lord Ganesh idol on the occasion of Vinayaka Chathurthi.
30 VIPER students dedicated a flash mob at Forum Mall to a two year old boy named
Rishi who is suffering from cancer. After this performance our Chairman Sri K.V.
Vishnu Raju donated Rs. 25000 . The celebrity singer Mr. Revanth Kumar donated Rs.
20000/-. VIPER collected and donated Rs. 1, 00,000 for the child's treatment. We
also celebrated his birthday in Rainbow Hospitals. Now the treatment is almost done.
Renuka of IV year and Kavya from III year are selected as Board members and there is
a volunteers meeting on 29th Nov, at Indira Park, Hyderabad.
Sri Vishnu Educational Society has established a Computer Training Center
under Cyber Grameen Project in Swarna Bharat Trust - Atkur, Vijayawada
Chapter which was inaugurated on 10.01.2016 by Shri Rajnath Singh, Minister
of Home Affairs, Govt. of India, in the presence of Shri M. Venkaiah Naidu,
Minister of Urban Development, Housing and Urban Poverty Alleviation and
Parliamentary Affairs. The center set up at a cost of Rs.60 Lacs will be imparting
professional computer training to the village youth for employment prospects as
well as entrepreneurial development.

The foundation aims at developing
a launch pad for creation of
livelihood opportunities and skill
development.
Sewing machines have been distributed to Mahila Mandals
in Kumudavalli village, WG. District, A.P.
A community hall was constructed in Rajakula colony in
Kumudavalli village for the regular use of people for ironing
of clothes etc.
Computer course training is being given for women of
Kumudavalli village at the B.V.Raju Knowledge Center.
10 sewing machines have been donated to the Mahila
Mandal of Durgapuram, WG. District, A.P helping women of
that village to have a secured livelihood.
Apart from this, the foundation is also doing commendable
work in the rehabilitation of disabled people.
