ISID Business Meeting<br />
The ICID, held every 2 years, is the main opportunity for the Society’s membership to come together. It is<br />
then that members can actively exchange ideas c<strong>on</strong>cerning the ISID and its activities with representatives<br />
of the Executive Committee and Council. Your input is important and your c<strong>on</strong>tributi<strong>on</strong>s are appreciated.<br />
We would like to invite all members to participate in the Business Meeting, which will take place <strong>on</strong><br />
Saturday, March 5, 2016 at 12:45hrs Room G.05-06 (Ground Floor). During this meeting, members will<br />
vote <strong>on</strong> the compositi<strong>on</strong> of the Executive Committee and Council for the period 2016–2018. You will hear<br />
reports from various officers c<strong>on</strong>cerning the <strong>on</strong>going activities of the Society, and you will be able to<br />
voice your suggesti<strong>on</strong>s and c<strong>on</strong>cerns. A light lunch will be provided. We hope you will attend this<br />
important meeting.<br />

Slide Preview Room<br />
An LCD projector and laptop for MS Powerpoint presentati<strong>on</strong>s are provided in all meeting rooms. All<br />
presenters are requested to take their presentati<strong>on</strong>s <strong>on</strong> a memory stick to the slide preview room in<br />
Room G.04 (Ground Floor). All presentati<strong>on</strong>s must be received as early as possible, but no later than two<br />
hours before the presentati<strong>on</strong>. Please use the meeting room laptop computer rather than your pers<strong>on</strong>al<br />
computer for your presentati<strong>on</strong>. No videos are allowed.<br />
A technician will be available to assist the presenters. Any questi<strong>on</strong>s regarding presentati<strong>on</strong>s should be<br />
directed to the slide preview room located in Room G.04 (Ground Floor).<br />

Posters are displayed in the exhibiti<strong>on</strong> area in Hall 3 (Ground Level). Each poster board is marked with<br />
the number assigned to each abstract, which can be found in the program book. Authors are requested<br />
to affix their posters at the number assigned to them (as listed in the program) <strong>on</strong> the morning of their<br />
designated date of presentati<strong>on</strong> between 8:00 and 9:30hrs. At least <strong>on</strong>e author of each poster must be<br />
present for discussi<strong>on</strong> and questi<strong>on</strong>s during the official poster sessi<strong>on</strong>s each day from 12:45 to 14:15hrs<br />
and, if possible, during the coffee breaks.<br />
All posters must be removed at the end of the day of the poster sessi<strong>on</strong>, but no later than 17:45hrs. Posters<br />
not removed by this time will be dismantled by the <str<strong>on</strong>g>C<strong>on</strong>gress</str<strong>on</strong>g> staff and may be claimed from the poster<br />
attendant. The <str<strong>on</strong>g>C<strong>on</strong>gress</str<strong>on</strong>g> assumes no resp<strong>on</strong>sibilities for the c<strong>on</strong>diti<strong>on</strong> of posters not removed by the<br />
presenter. All posters not collected by 17:45hrs <strong>on</strong> Saturday, March 5, will be disposed of.<br />
Abstracts of poster presentati<strong>on</strong>s are published <strong>on</strong> the c<strong>on</strong>ference App and as a supplement to the<br />
<str<strong>on</strong>g>Internati<strong>on</strong>al</str<strong>on</strong>g> Journal of <strong>Infectious</strong> <strong>Diseases</strong> (IJID). Abstracts accepted for “<str<strong>on</strong>g>Internati<strong>on</strong>al</str<strong>on</strong>g> Scientific<br />
Exchange” are not presented but published <strong>on</strong> the <str<strong>on</strong>g>C<strong>on</strong>gress</str<strong>on</strong>g> web page.<br />
