Some months our schedule allows on senior discount days to each area and enjoy a day of shopping or just browsing. We also enjoy a lunch out. You can’t beat the company-come check us out. Lunch Monday-Friday at 12:00 noon Senior’s 60 and older can join the lunch bunch at the senior center. You must make a reservation no later than 10:00 a.m. the day before. For Information calls the senior center director at (803) 568-4545. Social Hour-8: 30 a.m.-9:30 a.m. Morning discussions, over coffee and snacks. Visit a Friend monthly trips to local nursing homes, or homes of friends no longer able to attend the center. Special Events National Volunteer Week April 10 – 16, 2016 This week we will be letting our volunteers know how much we appreciate them. Christmas In Lexington County April 23 , 2016 This event is held yearly to help lowincome seniors with much needed minor repairs to their homes. The client must own their home, 60+ years old, and do not have any family who can do the work. Senior Appreciation Picnic May 6, 2016 Our annual picnic to honor the seniors of Lexington county. Orangeburg Festival of Roses Date and time will be announced 10
