<strong>The</strong> second iconvienna YOUNG<br />
LEADERS DIALOGUE took<br />
place on April 22, 2015 at the<br />
Austrian Federal Chamber of<br />
Commerce. According to the<br />
motto of iconvienna "MAKE<br />
CONTACTS TO CONTRACTS",<br />
the main purpose of bringing<br />
young entrepreneurs, young<br />
leaders <strong>and</strong> high potentials<br />
from different disciplines as<br />
science, transportation, technology,<br />
etc. from Central <strong>and</strong><br />
Eastern Europe together <strong>and</strong> to<br />
facilitate exchange <strong>and</strong> develop<br />
joint views on issues of key<br />
relevance for the future, was<br />
successfully accomplished.<br />

Focus areas were mobility,<br />
sustainable energy, infrastructure<br />
<strong>and</strong> growth, entrepreneurial<br />
opportunities as<br />
well as the future of Europe. All<br />
these interesting <strong>and</strong> significant<br />
topics were discussed over the<br />
course of keynote speeches, followed<br />
by a World Café, where the<br />
participants had the opportunity<br />
to pass five stations, such as Mobility,<br />
Sustainable energy, Entrepreneurial<br />
opportunities, etc., to<br />
ex change opinions <strong>and</strong> to consequently<br />
present the outcomes.<br />
<strong>The</strong> event was opened by the<br />
President of iconvienna Gerhard<br />
Hrebicek. In his welcome speech<br />
he explained the relationship between<br />
the <strong>European</strong> <strong>Business</strong> <strong>and</strong><br />
Investment Forum iconvienna <strong>and</strong><br />
Young Leaders Dialogue.<br />
<strong>The</strong> event proceeded with<br />
a keynote held by Dianne H.B.<br />
Welsh – Professor of Entrepreneurship<br />
<strong>and</strong> Founding Director<br />
of the Entrepreneurship Program<br />
at <strong>The</strong> University of North Carolina<br />
Greensboro, who emphasized<br />
that entrepreneurship required<br />
