The second iconvienna YOUNG
LEADERS DIALOGUE took
place on April 22, 2015 at the
Austrian Federal Chamber of
Commerce. According to the
motto of iconvienna "MAKE
CONTACTS TO CONTRACTS",
the main purpose of bringing
young entrepreneurs, young
leaders and high potentials
from different disciplines as
science, transportation, technology,
etc. from Central and
Eastern Europe together and to
facilitate exchange and develop
joint views on issues of key
relevance for the future, was
successfully accomplished.

Focus areas were mobility,
sustainable energy, infrastructure
and growth, entrepreneurial
opportunities as
well as the future of Europe. All
these interesting and significant
topics were discussed over the
course of keynote speeches, followed
by a World Café, where the
participants had the opportunity
to pass five stations, such as Mobility,
Sustainable energy, Entrepreneurial
opportunities, etc., to
ex change opinions and to consequently
present the outcomes.
The event was opened by the
President of iconvienna Gerhard
Hrebicek. In his welcome speech
he explained the relationship between
the European Business and
Investment Forum iconvienna and
Young Leaders Dialogue.
The event proceeded with
a keynote held by Dianne H.B.
Welsh – Professor of Entrepreneurship
and Founding Director
of the Entrepreneurship Program
at The University of North Carolina
Greensboro, who emphasized
that entrepreneurship required
