Directions:<br />
1. Mix together the flour, sugar, baking powder, and salt in a bowl.<br />
2. In a separate bowl mix together the milk, butter/oil, and egg.<br />
Then add the dry mixture to it.<br />
Do not overmix. Small lumps in the mixture is fine.<br />
3. Heat a skillet, then pour some vegetable oil so that the batter does<br />
not stick.<br />
4. After, pour in 2 to 3 tablespoons of batter<br />
use the back of a spoon to spread it into a round shape.<br />
5. Cook for 1 to 2 minutes until you see bubbles form and a few of<br />
them have popped.<br />
Flip with a thin spatula.<br />
6.Cook until the underside has turned brown.<br />
7.Assort the berries on top of the pancake in any order that you desire.<br />
