Distributed SpellCheck
The SpellCheckComponent also supports spellchecking on distributed indexes. If you are using the
SpellCheckComponent on a request handler other than "/select", you must provide the following two parameters:
Parameter
shards
shards.qt
Description
Specifies the shards in your distributed indexing configuration. For more information about
distributed indexing, see Distributed Search with Index Sharding
Specifies the request handler Solr uses for requests to shards. This parameter is not required for
the /select request handler.
For example: /
http://localhost:8983/solr/techproducts spell?spellcheck=true&spellcheck.
build=true&spellcheck.q=toyata&shards.qt=/spell&shards=solr-shard1:8983/solr/techpr
