It was a great experience to spend the
memorable 3 years in AIMST University. As a
hosteller, it gave me joyful and peaceful life
inside the campus. The campus atmosphere
for students is great to stay focused on
their studies. In campus, I feel close to the
nature and 24 hours security gives a sense
of security. I enjoyed playing basketball
and other student activities. I have great
memories that I will always cherish.

When the first time I entered into the AIMST
University, I was highly impressed. AIMST
have a big campus and beautiful atmosphere.
I think AIMST is close to nature. There are
so many plants in the campus. There is a hill
behind the university and as a student of
the university i can breathe in fresh air every
day and this makes me feel healthy. AIMST
have a really big library, it is so comfortable
to study inside the library; because, the air
inside is so fresh and there is a huge number
of books inside. Free wifi allows us to search
the information easily and quickly.

I am in AIMST University for almost 6 years. I
like the natural environment of the university
so much. Interestingly, my undergraduate
research project was on ‘Flora and Fauna of
the AIMST University’. I took photographs
and wrote a book on the Flora and Fauna
of the AIMST University with the help of my
supervisor. The lecturers in the university are
friendly as well as professional too. I am glad
to study in AIMST University as I have had a
happy life and made a lot of friends. I really
love AIMST, especially its natural beauty and
the unique landscape.

I had come in contact with many lecturers in
the AIMST University. I do like most of them.
They mix freely with us. They treated us as
their children. We had a good relation with
them. They helped me in learning my lessons
if I had any difficulty. Medicine is not easy as
you think. You need a lot of patience and
passion to survive in this field. However, my
lecturers, family and friends are always there
for me. In four words, ‘AIMST is the best!’

I joined AIMST University in 2009 for
‘Foundation in Science’. AIMST University is
always like a second home for me. The thing
I like the most about AIMST University is
the green and pleasant environment. Once I
step out from our hostel, I feel the nature’s
touch. Over here, I have several friends from
different backgrounds and races. Now only I
can truly appreciate and understand the true
meaning of “the skin colour doesn’t matter!”

Three wonderful years have passed since
I first time walked through the corridors of
this university. Still fresh in my memory, the
excitement and the little nervousness I felt,
as I walked towards the Great Hall with my
parents, to register myself as a new student
in ‘Foundation in Science’ programme. After
completing this programme, I got a wonderful
opportunity to do MBBS.
AIMST is really beautiful with amazing natural
sceneries, a humid weather at most of the
times, and equipped with various facilities. I
feel AIMST is a perfect campus for students to
acquire a high class education, synonym with
the AIMST’s vision.

At the AIMST University, I needed to set goals
and milestones. I have heard a lot of different
things from a lot of different people. Right now
I am starting to get the feel for the university
experience, but I still have a lot ahead of me.
I have finally realized that it does not matter
what others think about AIMST University
and the experience here. I will have to keep
an open mind and develop my own thoughts
about all of these things. University life had
broadened my knowledge about many issues
that I have not even thought about. I hope to
be prepared for my future career in whatever
line of work I may choose. My overall goal
while attending AIMST University is to be
prepared for the future while still having fun
and learning about many different subjects.

I was not really keen to leave hometown for
education purpose. Finally I decided to study
at AIMST University for my ‘Foundation in
Science’. My first few days were tough. I
rarely left my room and preferred to be alone
in my hostel room. I complained about almost
everything - food, internet speed and other
things. May be this was due to homesickness
and lack of friends. During the second week
of the academic session, I realised that it’s
easy to complain about things and feel
depressed. I decided to make efforts to adapt
myself with the campus and make friends.
After completing 6 months, I noticed that I
am really in love with the AIMST campus and
feel proud for my own transformation. So my
fellow friends, I implore you to change your
mind-set, look at all the beautiful things in
life and realise your real aims and goals to
achieve. In brief, I learned a lot in short time
at AIMST. Thank you AIMST!
