Innovation - Can It Be
For Everybody?
The word “ Innovation” evokes either excitement or anxiety in
many business leaders. It can describe a new discovery that
in an instant changes the destiny of a company, or it may be a
‘necessary evil’, endured in the search for new revenue streams
to bolster a declining traditional business. Or it can represent
the true DNA of a new generation of corporations that today
seem to rule the world, like Google or Apple.
This session examines whether “Innovation” can become
a normal ingredient for any company that wants to take
advantage, and not be surprised, by changing business models
and new technologies that characterize markets of today.

Managing Director, Canon Italia
Enrico Deluchi joined Canon Italy in 2014 to lead the
company through an evolution of its go-to-market
approaches. He accelerated the digital transformation
of its business models with an increasing focus on
services sales, establishing Canon Italy as a leading
company in the imaging, printing and information
management services industries.
Enrico Deluchi holds a Master Degree in Electronic
Engineering (Politecnico of Milan) and Management
and Leadership specializations (IMD and Insead). He
started his career in Italtel and Lucent Technologies.
In 1996 he joined Cisco Systems , where he spent
about 16 years covering sales and marketing roles with
responsibility for the entire EMEA region.
