think big, they have ended up with a fabulous three
bedroom, two bathroom house, insulated to within an
inch of its life and certainly fit for 21st century living.

recommends and soon work commenced stripping
out most of the rotten internal walls, floors and
ceilings. But that was the easy part; deciding how to
