Cosmopolitan<br />
Equipment<br />
• A shaker or stirring glass<br />
• A bar spoon (or teaspoon)<br />
• A strainer<br />
• Martini glass<br />
Ingredients<br />
• 35ml citreous vodka<br />
• 15ml Cointreau liqueur<br />
• 25ml cranberry juice<br />
• Juice of half a lime<br />
• Cubed ice<br />
1. Chill your cocktail glass<br />
(the easiest way is to fill it<br />
with ice)<br />
2. Put plenty of ice and all of<br />
the ingredients into your<br />
shaker or stirring glass and<br />
shake or stir vigorously for<br />
about 20 seconds<br />
3. Strain the mix into a<br />
cocktail glass<br />
4. Garnish with either a slice<br />
of lime or a slice of orange<br />
