Browser Compliance
The new site must be cross browser compliant and fully responsive in design. It should be
optimally viewed via the following browsers on a desktop computer or laptop:

Accessibility
The new Festool site should be built to WCAG 2.0 Level AA in alignment with the Australian Human
Rights Commission’s stance. An example of a WCAG 2.0 prerequisite is that sites built to these
standards will have client side scripting functionality designed to fail gracefully. An explanation of
the guidelines for WCAG 2.0 can be found at the W3C site.
Search Engine Optimisation
• Navigation menu: Navigation menus to include text
• Page titles: Every content page to have a page title field
• Meta data: Every content page to have keyword and page description fields
• Heading tags: Headings to be applied as text in the form of H1 & H2 tags
• Alternative text: Alt text field to be available for every image element
• URL’s: Utilise search engine friendly URL’s (natural language URL’s)
Analytics
We would like to use Google Analytics as our primary analytics tool. We will require that it be
added to the website. Please detail any analytics tools that come as part of the proposed CMS
platform.

System Integration
Ability to integrate with SAP Business One, Salesforce and the preferred TTS Product information
Management System (PIM). SAP Business One is our current ERP system, we will be upgrading to
SAP Hana in the near future. TTS own a cross-platform connector Magic XPI Integration Platform
which may assist with integration.
