FitNation Pool
1655 Nations Drive, Gurnee
This swimming facility, located
within FitNation, is state of the art
complete with family changing
rooms, a temperature controlled
family viewing area and water at an
ideal 86 degrees. Just right for little
swimmers!
Hunt Club Park Aquatic Center
900 North Hunt Club Road, Gurnee
Our beautiful, outdoor Aquatic Center
is perfect for lessons in the summer.
The water temperature is kept at 85
degrees.
Warren O’Plaine Campus
500 North O’Plaine Road, Gurnee
This pool is great for our Learn to
Swim Program offered on weekends
from September through May. This
spacious, six lane, 25 yard pool is
equipped with a diving board and
deep water to expose children to
swimming in 12 feet of water. Water
temperature is kept at 80 degrees
which is just right for swimming laps.

Things You Should Know:
■ Residents of High School District #121 pay resident rates for all programs held
at Warren High School. Hunt Club Park Aquatic Center summer programs
and FitNation programs still follow Gurnee Park District residency boundaries.
■ When using the pools, showers and lockers will be available for your use. If
you wish to use the lockers, please bring your own lock and remove it at the
end of your activity each day. Neither the Gurnee Park District nor the school
are responsible for lost or stolen items.
Aquatics Staff
Standards
Gurnee Park District provides
lifeguards licensed by Jeff
Ellis & Associates, the premier
lifeguard licensing body in the
world. Our goal is to provide
a safe, customer-friendly
aquatic environment for all.
■ Registration: Due to staffing requirements, all registrations for swim classes
must be made at least two days prior to the start of class.
■ Make-Up Policy: Missed classes cannot be made up and are nonrefundable.
Please speak to the manager-on-duty at the pool on the day
of your lesson if you have any questions. In the event that the Gurnee
Park District cancels classes due to bad weather, mechanical failure
or scheduling conflict, you will be notified and at your next class we will
announce if a make-up class or refund will be offered.
