CardioBoxing on the Bags<br />

Kickboxing <strong>and</strong> boxing techniques will improve your speed<br />

<strong>and</strong> agility <strong>and</strong> give you a strong, well-proportioned body.<br />

Easy to follow kickboxing combinations, power drills <strong>and</strong><br />

athletic training will advance your fitness levels. No prior<br />

experience is necessary - we welcome all levels. Class<br />

includes full contact on the heavyweight bags; boxing<br />

gloves are needed. Instructed Ilona Castillo, Certified<br />

Buff Beginnings<br />

Take the first steps to a new beginning. This class, designed<br />

with the beginner in mind, teaches you how to grow <strong>and</strong><br />

challenge your fitness levels. Strength training exercises<br />

for ALL levels <strong>and</strong> cardio workouts with easy, medium,<br />

<strong>and</strong> hard levels will help all you advance your fitness <strong>and</strong><br />

develop the buff body you’ve always wanted! Whether<br />

you’ve never exercised before or you just need to get<br />

started again, this class will help you achieve your goals!<br />

SeniorFit<br />

This class will guide you through a series or exercises that<br />

will help increase mobility <strong>and</strong> flexibility. Each class includes<br />

a warm-up, stretching, strength exercises, some cardio <strong>and</strong><br />

a cool-down to help relieve the muscles. Participation is<br />

not restricted to those with Arthritis, but to anyone looking<br />

for a great new workout in their senior years. Instructed by<br />

Dianne Daluga, Certified Arthritis Foundation Instructor. (PB)<br />
