Kids Day Out<br />
No need to worry about finding childcare for the few days school is closed.<br />
The same great program we offer in the summer is now available on no school<br />
days! The day will be filled with music, sports, arts, & crafts and of course, your<br />
friends. Each day must be signed up individually. Pizza lunch will be provided.<br />

Adult & Senior Programs<br />
Dog Obedience Training<br />
This class is for dogs 8 weeks to young adult with no previous training<br />
experience. Learn the tools to develop your dog’s unique potential. Classes<br />
will cover identifying the best training techniques for you and your pet, and<br />
include instruction on Focus, Watch me, Sit, Down, Stay, Come, Leave it, Loose<br />
Leash and much more. Everyone MUST ATTEND THE ORIENTATION CLASS,<br />
prior to Obedience Class. No dogs needed for the Orientation Class. The<br />
Orientation Class will cover topics such as reading your dog’s body language,<br />
understanding your breed’s issues, stages of puppies and young adult dogs,<br />
how to correctly meet and greet. This is sure to be an informative class for all.<br />
All of our Obedience Classes are an 8-week course compressed into a 4-week<br />
curriculum. Perfect for the busy dog owner.<br />

Free Workshop!<br />
Workshops are FREE to the general public. Dog attendance is encouraged.<br />
One dog per adult owner please. We work on issues such as loose leash,<br />
excessive barking, jumping, potty-training, as well as any issues that are<br />
important to you. Family and friends are welcome to participate. Please<br />
have young children properly supervised during this time.<br />

Getting Paid to Talk<br />
Getting Paid to Talk is a 2 ½ hour class designed as an<br />
upbeat and realistic assessment of the voice over<br />
industry designed specifically for adults. A great class<br />
for anyone who has been told they have a good voice;<br />
those who use their voice prominently in their<br />
occupations; people with musical or theatre background;<br />
or anyone who is interested in how voice-overs work and<br />
how people get started.<br />

Hempfield Community CPR & First Aid Certification<br />
Join our friends at Mutual Aid as we offer CPR & First Aid Certification courses.<br />
The certification will be a classroom style, video based, instructor - led course<br />
that teaches adult CPR and AED use, as well as how to relieve choking on an<br />
adult. This course teaches skills with AHA’s research-proven Practice While-<br />
Watching (PWW) technique, which allows instructors to observe the<br />
students, provide feedback and guide the students’ learning of skills.<br />
