Valerian Root Essential Oil: For over a hundred<br />

and sedative effects. The roots have valerenic acid,<br />

which is a GABA receptor modulator. It suppresses<br />

the breakdown of the enzyme GABA in the<br />

brain and causes sedation. Valerian is very effective<br />
