KEY PROJECT PERSONNEL:<br />

Babs Marquis, is Construction Manager with<br />

McMillen Jacobs Associates in Burlington, MA.<br />

He is the tunnel engineer providing microtunneling<br />

oversight CM services for the project. For<br />

the past 15 years, he has focused on underground<br />

construction management for tunnels and conveyance<br />

including water and wastewater pipeline<br />

design and construction projects, with emphasis<br />

on trenchless construction methods. Babs is<br />

Treasurer of the NASTT-NE Chapter.<br />

Emory Chase, is the Program Manager with the<br />

NYC Department of Environmental Protection<br />

and accountable manager for the Bureau of<br />

Engineering Design & Construction. He has<br />

worked for the NYCDEP for the last 18 years<br />

managing various construction projects throughout<br />

the Upstate watershed. These projects<br />

include WWTF upgrades, WWTF Process and<br />

Safety Improvements, Sewer system extensions/<br />

rehabilitation projects and for the last 8 years<br />

managing the Reconstruction of the Gilboa<br />

Dam including the Site Preparation, Crest Gate<br />

Installation, Dam Reconstruction, Rehabilitation<br />

of the Schoharie Tunnel Intake Chamber and the<br />

Schoharie Reservoir Low Level Outlet.<br />

John Arciszewski, is the Project Manager with<br />

Southland/Renda Joint Venture responsible<br />

for the construction delivery of the CAT-212C<br />

contract. For the last 20 years he has worked on<br />

underground projects for transportation, water<br />

and wastewater across the United States including<br />

Lake Mead Intake No. 3, East Side Access and<br />

most recently the Jollyville Transmission Main.<br />
